We even offer pre-surgery lab work and scar therapy and now we offer Aerolase Neo-Elite Treatments for skin disorders and skin rejuvenation now, plus faster recovery post injectable treatments!!
Do you offer financing and payment plan options?
Absolutely! We are partnered with finance companies for clients to have options to pay the minimum down and make monthly payments. To qualify you must have a valid state I.D./Driver's license, an active bank account, and be employed. Bad & Good credit is approved. We now accept affirm payments through our Repeat MD platform and Afterpay check out for treatments and services. Finance charges will be applied accordingly. Some financing options do offer deferred interest plans.
Do you take Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA Accounts)?
Yes we do. Most HSA debit cards such as PayFlex accounts are accepted. Clients use these accounts to get treatments such as botox for migraines or treatment of TMJ disorders. Contact us for more information to learn more about this payment option.
Why don't I see pricing?
Prices for treatment vary depending on the services and products used. All clients serviced at Nursie receive individualized treatment according to your needs and goals. Prices vary for new treatments and maintenance treatment services. We recommend all clients inquire through the contact form to get pricing for services you are interested in. Why am I required to pay a deposit?
The deposit amount is required to secure your booking only. We require deposits to ensure and hold your appointment booking for service. All deposit amounts are applied toward the treatment you will receive at Nursie Cosmetics & Aesthetics Wellness Spa. Again All deposits and treatments/services are non-refundable, unless discussed otherwise.
Are the injectors and staff certified and licensed to perform these procedures?
Yes! In order to work at Nursie as an injector or provider in our medial spa staff must hold a current state license according to federal and state regulations. All injectors have to receive adequate training and additional certifications as required for employment at our practice.
Will I be able to drive post procedure?
Yes, many clients drive home safely without a companion. No companion is required to receive same day procedures at our premier medical spa.
Do you have reschedule and cancellation fees for appointments?
Yes procedures are appointment based only! We do not accept walk-ins for procedures at this time based on the nature of the services we provide in our center. There will be a $50 reschedule fee for all appointments that require reschedule; a $100 cancellation fee for all appointments not rescheduled within a 24 hour period and/or cancelled the same day. We encourage all clients to reach out in advance to avoid automatic cancellation fees.
Are Medical Spa services expensive?
When you compare the cost of long-term treatments to the ongoing price of serums and creams that provide temporary results, if they work at all, the cost of MedSpa services is more of an investment rather than expense.
